Omschrijving: De E.Z.N.A.®-weefsel-DNA-kit biedt een eenvoudige, snelle en voordelige methode voor het isoleren van DNA uit een breed scala aan monsterbronnen, waaronder verse of bevroren dierlijke cellen en weefsels. Na cellysis kan het DNA-zuiveringsproces in minder dan 30 minuten worden voltooid. Per keer kan maximaal 30 mg weefsel direct worden verwerkt met behulp van het eenvoudige E.Z.N.A.® Tissue DNA-protocol. Eén of meerdere monsters kunnen gelijktijdig worden verwerkt met deze op een centrifugeerkolom gebaseerde kit. Er zijn geen fenol-/chloroformextracties of tijdrovende stappen zoals bezinking met isopropanol of ethanol nodig. DNA dat is gezuiverd met behulp van de E.Z.N.A.® Tissue DNA-kit is gebruiksklaar voor de meeste downstream-toepassingen zoals PCR, Southern blotting en restrictie-enzymvertering.

Mag-Bind® PX blood RNA 96 kit

Omschrijving: The Mag-Bind® PX blood RNA kit allows for the isolation of total RNA from 2,5 ml of whole blood that has been stored in PAXgene® Blood RNA tubes. Stabilised blood samples are first spun down and the nucleic acid pellets are washed and recollected. After washing, the nucleic acid pellet is dissolved into a specially formulated resuspension buffer. At this point the samples can be transferred to 96-well plates for processing in robotic liquid handlers and magnetic processors. High quality intact RNA can be isolated in less than 90 minutes.

E.Z.N.A.® blood RNA kit

Omschrijving: The E.Z.N.A.® Blood RNA Kit is designed for the isolation of total intracellular RNA from up to 1 ml of fresh, or frozen whole blood treated with any common anticoagulant such as heparin, EDTA or acid-citrate-dextrose. The procedure completely removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors making total RNA isolation fast, convenient and reliable. Red blood cells are selectively lysed and white cells are collected by centrifugation. After lysis of white blood cells under denaturing conditions that inactivate RNases, the lysate is homogenised with a homogeniser spin column. The sample is then applied to a HiBind® spin column. Cellular debris and other contaminants such as haemoglobin are effectively washed away and high-quality RNA is finally eluted in DEPC treated water.

The product is suitable for automated fluorescent DNA sequencing (typical reads exceed 800 bp), restriction enzyme digestion, transfection of mammalian cells, transcription<i> invitro</i>, and other applications.
