Omschrijving: The Mag-Bind® PX blood RNA kit allows for the isolation of total RNA from 2,5 ml of whole blood that has been stored in PAXgene® Blood RNA tubes. Stabilised blood samples are first spun down and the nucleic acid pellets are washed and recollected. After washing, the nucleic acid pellet is dissolved into a specially formulated resuspension buffer. At this point the samples can be transferred to 96-well plates for processing in robotic liquid handlers and magnetic processors. High quality intact RNA can be isolated in less than 90 minutes.
